比索洛尔联合稳心颗粒对高血压患者心率达标的影响

Influence of bisoprolol combined and Wenxin granule on achieving stan-dard of heart rate in patients with hypertension

目的 探讨比索洛尔联合稳心颗粒对高血压患者心率达标的影响。方法 选取2013年7月~2015年2月本院门诊的92例单纯性轻中度原发性高血压患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组（48例）和对照组（44例）。对照组给予比索洛尔片,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予稳心颗粒,比较两组的效果。结果 治疗组治疗第2周和第6周的静息心率达标率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组治疗第10周时的静息心率达标率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。两组治疗10周时的24 h平均收缩压、24 h平均舒张压、平均心率显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组治疗10周时的24 h平均收缩压、平均舒张压比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。治疗组治疗10周时的平均心率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 比索洛尔联合稳心颗粒能够提高高血压患者的早期静息心率达标率,降低平均心率。

Objective To explore the influence of bisoprolol and Wenxin granule on achieving standard of heart rate in patients with hypertension. Methods 92 patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension in our hospital from July 2013 to February 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group （n=48） and the control group （n= 44）.The control group was treated with bisoprolol,the treatment group was given Wenxin granule on the basis of the control group.The effect in two groups was compared. Results The achieving standard rate of the resting heart rate after treatment at second weeks and sixth weeks in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,with signif- icant difference （P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the achieving standard rate of the resting heart rate af- ter treatment at tenth weeks between two groups （P〉0.05）.The average systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure of 24 h and average heart rate after treatment at tenth weeks in two groups was lower than that before treatment,with sig- nificant difference （P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the average systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure of 24 h after treatment at tenth weeks between two groups （P〉0.05）.The average heart rate after treatment at tenth weeks in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Con- clusion BisoproM combined with Wenxin granule can increase the achieving standard rate of the resting heart rate in patients with hypertension, reduce the average heart rate.
