视觉反馈平衡训练仪结合减重支持系统在脑卒中早期康复阶段中的应用效果分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的 探讨视觉反馈平衡训练仪结合减重支持系统在脑卒中患者早期康复阶段平衡功能重建中的临床疗效。方法 选取2014年5月~2015年5月本院收治的60例脑卒中早期(病程在1个月内)患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。两组均给予常规康复训练,治疗组采用美国Biodex动态平衡系统训练仪结合减重支持系统进行站立平衡功能训练,对照组采用常规平衡训练方法站位进行平衡训练,比较两组的效果。结果两组治疗后的FMBT、BBS、FRT、TBT、TUG评分显著高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。治疗组治疗后的FMBT、BBS、FRT、TBT评分显著高于对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。治疗组治疗后的TUG评分显著低于对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 视觉反馈平衡训练仪结合减重支持平衡系统可以更有效地改善脑卒中患者早期康复阶段的平衡功能。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of visual feedback balance training system combined with partial body weight support system in the rehabilitation of balance function during the early rehabilitation stage of stroke pa- tients. Methods 60 stroke patients (onset time within a month) from May 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital were select- ed and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The conventional reha- bilitation training was given in two groups.The treatment group was given dynamic balance training system device of the United States Biodex combined with partial body weight support system for balance training,the control group was given conventional balance training.The effect of two groups was compared. Results The score of FMBT,BBS,FRT,TBT,TUG after treatment in two groups was higher than that before treatment,with significant difference (P〈0.05).The score of FMBT,BBS,FRT,TBT after treatment in the treatment group was higher than that after treatment in the control group, with significant difference (P〈0.05).The score of TUG after treatment in the treatment group was lower than that after treatment in the control group,with significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion The combination of visual feedback bal-ance training device and partial body weight support sys- tem training method can promote balance function in stroke patients during early rehabilitation stage.
