口服补液盐Ⅲ联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗儿童急性腹泻的效果观察

Clinical observation of oral rehydration salts Ⅲ combined with triple viable bacteria tablets of Lactobacillus in treating children with acute diarrhea

目的 观察口服补液盐Ⅲ联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片对儿童急性腹泻的治疗效果。方法 选择2013年2月~2014年12月于我院接受治疗的100例急性腹泻患儿作为研究病例,依据治疗方案不同,分为研究组和对照组,对照组患儿给予双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片进行治疗,研究组患儿口服补液盐Ⅲ联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片进行治疗。观察两组患儿治疗后各项临床症状缓解时间及腹泻情况;比较两组患儿的临床疗效。结果 研究组患儿的病程及口渴缓解、头晕缓解、腹痛缓解、脱水纠正、腹泻缓解时间均显著短于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组患儿体温缓解时间基本相符,两组比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;研究组患儿的临床总有效率显著高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 口服补液盐Ⅲ联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗儿童急性腹泻疗效显著,预后良好,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To observe the therapy effect of oral rehydration salts combined with triple viable bacteria tablets of Lactobacillus in treating children with acute diarrhea. Methods 100 children patients with acute diarrhea from February 2013 to December 2014 of our hospital were selected as study case.Patients were divided into study group and control group according to different therapeutic schedule.Children patients in control group were given triple viable bacteria tablets of Lactobacillus,children patients in study group were given oral ORS Ⅲcombined with golden bifi- dobacterium.Before and after treatment,remission time of various clinical symptoms,condition of diarrhea between two groups were observed,and the clinical effect between two groups were compared. Results The time of disease course, thirst relief time,dizziness ease time,abdominal pain relief time,dehydration Correct time and alleviate diarrhea time in study group were significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistical significance when eom- pared（P〈0.05）.The Temperature relief time between two groups were basically same,and the difference had no statistical significance when compared （P〉0.05）.The total effective rate in study group was significantly higher than control group and the difference was statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of oral rehydration salts Ⅲcombined with triple viable bacteria tablets of LactobaciUus in treating children with acute diarrhea is remarkable and has favor- able prognosis.It is worth to popularizing in clinic.
