不同数量的厩螫蝇侵袭应激对荷斯坦奶牛代谢的影响

Effect of the attacking stress from different numbers of Stomoxys calcitrans on the metabolism of Holstein dairy cows

摘要 为了研究厩螫蝇对荷斯坦奶牛代谢的影响,试验选择体况相近、10月龄的荷斯坦育成牛9头,随机分为3组,1组人为释放50只厩螫蝇,2组人为释放25只厩螫蝇,对照组不释放厩螫蝇,在试验结束时尾静脉采血,分离血清,用ELISA试剂盒进行相关代谢指标的测定。结果表明:与对照组相比,1组试验牛血液胰岛素和血糖水平显著升高(P<0.05),2组试验牛血液胰岛素和血糖水平有一定程度的升高,但差异不显著(P>0.05);血红蛋白和乳酸脱氢酶水平各组间差异不显著(P>0.05);肌酸磷酸激酶水平1组、2组较对照组升高,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。 To study the effect of Stomoxys calcitraas on the metabolism of Holstein cows,Nine 10 -month -old bred Holstein cows with similar body condition were randomly divided into 3 groups. There were 50, 25 and 0 Stomoxys calcitrans artificially released in the group 1, group 2, and group 3 as a control, respectively. Blood samples were collected from the tail vein at the end of the test, and then the serum was isolated to determine the related metabolic indexes by ELISA kit. The results showed that the levels of blood insulin and blood sugar in the experimental cows from the group 1 were significantly higher ( P 〈 0.05 ) compared with the control group, and the levels of blood insulin and blood sugar in the experimental cows from the group were increased to a certain degree compared with the control group, but the difference was not significant ( P 〉 0.05 ). There was no significant differences ( P 〉 0.05 ) in the levels of hemoglobin and lactate dehydrogenase among the 3 groups. The level of creatine phosphokinase in the group 1 and group 2 were increased compared with the control group, but the difference was not significant (P〉0.05).
