卵巢癌干细胞及其靶向治疗进展

卵巢恶性肿瘤又称卵巢癌，是女性常见的生殖器官肿瘤之一，严重威胁着妇女的生命健康。卵巢癌病理类型复杂，定性、定位诊断以及分期未经腹腔镜或剖腹探查，难以明确。因此卵巢癌的治疗存在着一定局限性，治疗效果欠佳，且多伴有转移和复发。卵巢癌干细胞是导致卵巢癌发生、发展、复发及治疗抵抗的重要原因。随着医学及科学技术的发展，卵巢癌干细胞的靶向治疗或可成为其治愈可能。本文对卵巢癌干细胞及其靶向治疗进展作此综述。

Ovarian malignant tumor also known as ovarian cancer, is one of the common female genital tumors, and poses a serious threat to women. Because of the complex pathological types, diagnosis and staging laparoscopy without laparoscopy or laparotomy, it is difficult to clear. Therefore, the treatment of ovarian cancer has some limitations, and in the existing therapy after healing is not up to the expected effect, accompanied with metastasis and recurrence. With the development of medical science and technology, ovarian cancer stem cell targeted therapy to cure ovarian cancer is possible. This is to review progress in treatment of ovarian cancer stem cells and its target.
