皮康酊体外抗皮肤癣菌的实验研究

Experimental study the antibacterial effect of pikang tincture in vitro

目的：探讨皮康酊（pikang tincture,PKT）对皮肤癣菌的抗菌效果。方法：利用平板抑菌试验检测皮康酊（PKT）和克霉唑溶液（clotrimazole solution,CMZ）药物的原液和不同比例的稀释液的体外抑菌情况。结果：皮康酊（PKT）和克霉唑溶液（CMZ）对犬小孢子菌、白色念珠菌和石膏样小孢子菌都有非常大的抗菌效果，可以极大得使菌落缩小，并且皮康酊（PKT）的抗菌效果好于克霉唑溶液（CMZ），具有明显差异，P＜0.05。结论：皮康酊（PKT）对皮肤癣菌有非常显著的抗菌作用，且效果优于克霉唑溶液（CMZ）。

Objective： To investigate the antibacterial effect of pikang tincture.Methods： Study the antibacterial effect of pikang tincture（PKT） and clotrimazole solution（CMZ） and their dilution liquid of different proportion by using plate antibacterial test. Results： Pikang tincture and clotrimazole solution have very high antibacterial effect towards Microsporum canis,Candida albicans and Microsporum gypseum,can reduce colony diameter greatly and the antibacterialeffect of PKT is greater than CMZ with a significant difference,P＆lt;0.05.Conclusion： PKT has significant antibacterial effect towards dermatophyte,and the effect isbetter than CMZ.
