Through methods of documentary and video analysis, this paper carries out contrast analysis of the development process of group calisthenics and the group performance in the opening ceremoniese of all previous National Games, expores on the basic direction of the development of group calisthenics in opening ceremony in the national games at the present stage, to obtain the conclusion and suggestion for reform of the group calisthenics in the opening ceremony in the national games.
