摘要 田径运动专项学生的运动损伤是在所难免的,这些损伤损害到运动员的身体健康,极大缩短了田径运动专项学生的运动寿命和运动生涯。采用功能性动作筛查(FMS)的方法对于田径运动员进行量化分析,旨在寻找影响其身体发展的因素和环节,最大限度地降低专项运动员的运动损伤发生,不断提高运动成绩以及运动员的身体健康。 Sports injury of track and field sports specialized students is inevitable, which damage to the athletes' health, greatly shorten the track and field sports special students' sports life and career. Adopting the method of functional action screening (FMS), this paper carries out a quantitative analysis of the track and field athletes, aims to find the factors affecting the development of its body and link, to minimize the sports injury of special athletes and improve the health and performance of athletes.
