摘要
目的:探讨不同海拔交替训练对运动员促红细胞生成素的影响;方法:将长期生活在平原的男子运动员分为两组:高原-平原组和高原-亚高原组。整个训练期间,每周采一次肘静脉血测试促红细胞生成素指标。结论:经过运动负荷和低氧的双重刺激,两组的血液携氧能力都有所提升,但高原-亚高原组的效果比高原-平原组更好。
[Objective]To investigate the influence of different altitudes alternate training on EPO. [Methods] Dividing the male athletes living in the plains into the plateau-plain group and plateau-subplateau group. During the whole training, Picking a venous blood to test erythropoietin index every week. [Results and Conclusion] by the double stimulation of exercise and low oxygen, carrying oxygen ability of blood of the two groups are improved, but the effect on the plateau-subplateau group is better than platean-plain group.
