河南省城镇群众性体育社团建设状况与发展对策研究

the Status Quo and the Development Strategies to the Mass Sports Community in Cities and Towns in Henan Province

采用文献法、调查法等研究方法对河南省城镇群众性体育社团建设状况进行了深入调查。结果发现:社团组织结构总体较合理但存在管理过于松散、领导兼职现象严重等问题;社团类型以单项体育协会为主;不同类型社团规模不一,差异较大;社团经费来源多元化,并逐步向市场化发展。并提出了推动河南省城镇群众性体育社团发展的对策。

Using methods of literature and survey, the construction situation of mass sports in cities and towns in Henan province was investigated. The results show that most community organization structures are reasonable but the management is too loose, phenomenon of part-time leader is serious; the types of community give priority to individual sport association; different types of community have various scales; the community funds have diversified sources, the communities are gradually developing oriented market. Countermeasures to accelerate the development of mass sports community in cities and towns in Henan province are also proposed in this paper.
