珠三角体育传统项目学校发展现状及对策研究

The Status Quo of the Traditional Sports Schools in Zhu-Jiang Delta and Countermeasures to It

运用文献资料法、问卷调查研究法、数理统计法等研究方法,对珠三角体育传统项目学校的总体状况、运动队训练和竞赛、运动员文化课学习和教练员队伍等发展现状进行深入调查和分析。研究发现,学生运动员受训人数少、运动队参赛机会不足、学生运动员文化学习差和教练员选材不够科学等是珠三角地区体育传统项目学校发展存在的主要问题。针对这些问题,在进一步扩充受训学生运动员队伍、加强学生运动员的文化教育、强化教练员队伍建设、多渠道搭建竞赛平台等方面提出了具体可行的对策和建议。

By means of literature research, questionaire investigation, mathematical statistics, this paper carries out in-depth investigation and analysis of the status of the overall situation, team training and competition, cultural course learning of athletes and coaches in the traditional sports school in Zhu-Jiang Delta. It is found that, the number of student athletes being little, opportunity of sports team to participate in games being absence, the student athlete＇s cultural learning being worse and selection by coaches being not science are the main problems of traditional sports schools in Zhu-Jiang Delta. Aiming at these problems, this paper puts forward feasible countermeasure and suggestion such as further expanding of training student athlete team, strengthening cultural education for student athletes, strengthening the team construction of coaches and building competition platform fi＇om multi-channel etc.
