High Lifts Skills of Twin Aces on Single Base in Cheerleading

运用文献资料法、录像观察法、访谈法、逻辑分析法,对2012年至2014年全国技巧啦啦操总决赛技巧啦啦操精英组的队伍在完成单底座双尖子高位托举难度的上法进行研究、归类、分析,通过对托举上法的研究,总结上法的种类,进探析准备阶段、准备姿势、上法过程、托举亮相等技术,以期为技巧啦啦操教练员和运动在托举类难度提供技术理论参考依据,并为托举类难度动作创新提供借鉴,促进我国技巧啦啦操运动的发展。

This paper using methods of literature, video observatio, interview and logical analysis, carries out the classification and analysis of the completion of the high lift difficulty of twin ace on single base in the teams of elite group in the national skills finals in 2012 - 2014, and based on the research, summarizes the type of the lift, discusses the techonology in the preparation stage, ready to pose stage, elevateing and appearancing stage, aims to provide technical theoretical reference for coaches and for the innovation of lifts difficulty movement, to promote the development of skills cheerleading in China.
