摘要
根据军队院校学员在400M障碍训练中的心理分析,有针对性的进行心理调控,力求为提高400M障碍教学质量与效果提供一定理论依据和参考。
Based on the psychology analysis of participants in 400m obstacles training in the military college, this paper discusses the targeted psychological adjustment of them, strives to provide a theoretical basis and reference for improving the quality and effectiveness of 400m obstacles teaching.
