摘要
滨海体育人力资源是滨海体育服务的重要载体和传播者,更是消费者体验滨海体育的推动者、组织者和维护者。采用文献资料法分析滨海体育人力资源开发研究现状,提出滨海体育人力资源开发的研究展望,认为加强滨海体育人力资源理论体系研究、形成滨海体育人力资源开发模式、提升宏观滨海体育人力资源管理等措施是滨海体育人力资源进一步研究的方向。
Coastal sports human resources is an important carrier and disseminator of coastal sports service, is also the facilitator, organizer and defender for the consumer experiencing coastal sports. By using the method of literature, this paper analyzes the research status quo of coastal sports human resources development, puts forward the study outlook of coastal sports human resources development. It is considered that strengthening coastal sports human resource theory system research, forming the coastal sports human resources development mode, improving macro coastal sports human resources management is the direction of further research on the coastal sports human resources.
