摘要
采用问卷调查法对河南省1980名农村中学生的体育意识和体育行为进行调查,分析其特点和规律,探究其影响因素,并提出相应对策,旨在为促进农村中学生积极参与体育锻炼、增强体质健康提供参考。
Physical consciousness and physical behavior of 1980 rural middle school students in Henan province were investigated by questionnaire survey method. The characteristics and regularities of their physical consciousness and physical behavior were analyzed and their influence factors were explored. Finally the corresponding countermeasures were put forward in order to promote rural middle school students to take an active part in physical exercise and to enhance their physique health.
