摘要
采用生长速率法测定了6种不同杀菌剂对大棚番茄灰霉菌的毒力。各药剂的EC50值分别为:多菌灵9.944μg/mL、扑海因0.6323μg/mL、纯托津1.4021μg/mL、百菌清0.4667μg/mL、腐霉利5.6461μg/mL、腐霉·福美双0.2869μg/mL。可见腐霉·福美双、扑海因和百菌清3种杀菌剂对灰霉病菌表现出很强的毒力。根据室内毒力测定结果,建议使用25%腐霉·福美双WP和75%百菌清WP防治番茄灰霉病。
The article tests six fungicides against the botrytis cinerea in Nyingchi Greenhouse Tomato by using growth rate method. The EC50 value of carbendazim, iprodione, pure tozin, chlorothalonil, procymidone and procymidone · thiram is 9. 944μg/ml, 0. 6323μg/ml, 1. 4029g/ml, 0. 4667μg/ml, 5. 646μg/ml, and 0. 2869 μg/ml respectively. The results show that procymidone ·thiram,iprodione and chlorothalonil all have strong toxicity to the botrytis, cinerea. According to the results,the article proposes using 25% procymidone ·thiram WP,and 75 % chlorothalonil WP to prevent and control gray mold in tomato.
