人工调控解磷微生物对窄叶西南红山茶苗木生长的影响 被引量:4

摘要 采用最常用的解有机磷微生物—巨大芽孢杆菌、解无机磷的—假单胞菌和传统磷肥—过磷酸钙,对窄叶西南红山茶进行了喷施处理实验,对比其苗木生长情况,分析了不同处理对苗木生长的影响,寻求最佳菌肥和配比。研究结果表明:对窄叶西南红山茶苗高而言,C5(混合巨大芽孢杆菌4.5g/株+荧光假单胞菌4.5g/株)处理的增长量最大;地径也是C5处理的增长量最大。从而说明:水施混合菌粉(巨大芽孢杆菌4.5g+假单孢菌4.5g)可以很好地促进窄叶西南红山茶苗高生长;水施混合菌粉(巨大芽孢杆菌4.5g+假单孢菌4.5g)可以很好地促进窄叶西南红山茶地径生长。 In this experiment, bacillus megatherium, pseudomonas with traditional fertilizer and superphosphate are adopted to do the spraying treatment of Camellia pitardii var. yunnanica. Through the comparison of seedling growth of Camellia pitardii var. yunnanica and the analysis of the effect of different treatments on the growth,the article aims to find out the optimal ratio of bacterial fertilizer. The results show that in terms of the height of the seedling,the growth amount of C5 treatment (mix of bacillus megatherium 4.5g/plant and pseudomonas fluorescents 4.5g/plant) is the highest;in terms of the growth amount of ground diameter,the treatment C5 also has the best effect. Therefore, the article finds out that the watered mixed bacterial powder (bacillus megatherium 4.5g/plant and pseudomonas 4.5g/plant) can effectively promote the seed- ling--height growth and ground diameter growth of Camellia pitardii var. yunnanica.
