摘要 采用燃烧氧化-非分散红外法测定了土壤样品中的有机碳,结果表明:燃烧法具有操作过程简单、分析速度快、测定结果准确度好、精密度高等优点。当样品量为0.005 0g时,该方法的检出限为0.005%。3个标准样品的测定结果均在保证值范围内,相对标准偏差为3.2%-5.2%。实际样品6次平行测定的相对标准偏差为1.1%-9.2%。 This article adopts the combustion oxidation--non--dispersive infrared absorption method to determine the organic carbon in soil samples. The results show that the method has many advantages, including simple operation, fast analysis high accuracy of determination and high precision. When the quantity of sampies is 0. 0050 g,the detection limit of the method is 0. 005 %. The determinations of standard samples show that the measured values are all in the range of guarantee value with a relative standard deviation of 3.2 % to 5.2%. The relative standard deviation for the six times' parallel determination of practical samples is from 1.1% to 9.9.%.
