摘要
指出了4-甲磺酰基苯乙酸是一种非常有用的医药中间体。归纳了4种合成4-甲磺酰基苯乙酸方法,从中总结出了以茴香硫醚为原料依次通过Friedel-Crafts酰基化反应和Willgerodt-Kindler重排反应制备4-甲磺酰基苯乙酸,该合成路线具有操作简单,成本低,环境友好,比较适合于工业化。
The 4-(methylsulfonyl)phenylacetic acid is a very useful drug intermediate. This article summarizes four methods for preparation of 4-(methylsulfonyl)phenylacetic acid. Taking the thioanisole as raw material and then through Friedel-Crafts acylation reaction and Willgerodt--Kindler rearrangement reaction, 4 - (methylsulfonyl)phenylacetie acid is prepared. The method has many advantages,such as simple operations, low production cost, environmental friendly and suitable for industrialization.
