The Core Mechanism of the Balanced Development of Compulsory Education Enhanced by Modern Information Technology

探讨了现代信息技术提升义务教育均衡的三大核心机制:基于虚拟和可复制资源的补偿与转移机制;基于虚拟和快速延伸的资源共享机制;基于虚拟时空的延伸和学习工具的创新机制。指出了这三项机制可以在中观和微观层面对义务教育均衡发展产生重要作用。

Currently, information technology is playing an increasingly important role in the field of education. With the widespread application of information technology in education and teaching, more and more people begin to notice the significant value of information technology in education. Modern information technology has many functions. Firstly,it can be seen as the information tools of productivity; secondly,it is a source of strength for social change ; thirdly , it is a new way of life. On the basis of modern information technology,there exist three core mechanisms which may enhance the formation of a balanced compulsory education. The first is the compensation and transfer mechanism based on virtual and copy resources ; the second is the sharing mechanism based on the virtual and rapid extension resource ; the third is the innovative mecha- nism based on extension of the virtual space-time and learning tools. These three mechanisms can play an important role in the middle and micro levels for balanced development of compulsory education.
