通过调查2013-2015年浙江省湖州市吴兴区及安吉县2个区域乡镇的整体情况,了解浙江省农家乐餐饮环境现状,结合文献研究、实地调研等方法,分析浙江省农家乐餐饮环境存在的主要问题及监督难点,尝试为政府的乡村旅游主管部门及旅游企业等提供某些理论参考,旨在促进浙江乡村旅游科学发展。
