贝那普利联合低分子肝素对大鼠肾纤维化的作用研究 被引量:1

摘要 肾间质纤维化是指在各种致病因子作用下,间质细胞及细胞基质蛋白合成增加,降解受抑制造成细胞外基质(ECM)的大量堆积导致的[1]。低分子肝素(LMWH)具有抑制肾小球系膜细胞和基质增生的作用及抗肾间质纤维化作用[1]。本文通过观察联用贝那普利和LMWH与单用贝那普利对转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)的表达和对肾组织结构的影响,以探讨药物对肾间质纤维化的作用效果,并为临床治疗提供更多的理论依据。
