考虑附加质量的振动压路机偏振模型的仿真分析

摘要 为深入研究振动压路机与土壤相互作用,在考虑附加质量后建立压实系统新的偏振模型,列出动力学微分方程,转化为系统框图后利用MATLAB对所建动力学模型进行了验证分析,探讨了土体附加质量差、振动轮两侧土体刚度差和阻尼差对于压实质量及压路机操作舒适性的影响规律。该结果对于智能压实中提高作业质量和改善操作舒适性具有一定指导意义,最后提出了压路机偏振模型进一步的研究方向。 For the further study of interaction of intelligent roller and soil,after considering additional mass,new polarization model of intelligent compaction system is established.Dynamics differential equation is written and converted into the system block diagram.Dynamic model establshed is verified and analized by MATLAB.The influence law of additional soil mass,the stiffness and damping difference of soilon both sides of vibration wheel on compaction quality comfort of roller operation is discussed.The resultshave a certain guiding significance in improving the quality of work and comfort of operation for intelligent compaction.Finally,the further research direction of the polarization model of roller given.
