结晶器电磁搅拌对55CrSi弹簧钢铸坯质量的影响 被引量:6

摘要 为研究55CrSi弹簧钢连铸生产中采用的电磁搅拌技术对铸坯质量的影响,利用有限元法,对结晶器内不同搅拌参数下电磁场分布进行了模拟,对电磁力矩进行了理论计算,并系统地研究了结晶器电磁搅拌电流和频率对其铸坯质量的影响规律。试验结果表明:电磁搅拌电流和频率分别为320 A和3 Hz时,中心等轴晶率为29.62%,中心疏松减轻,缩孔消除,铸坯低倍质量有明显地改善;在其它浇注工艺参数不变的情况下,铸坯的中心等轴晶率与电磁力矩呈现对应关系,电磁力矩增大,铸坯中心等轴晶率提高。 In order to study the effect of electromagnetic stirring technology on billet quality duringthe process of 55 CrSi spring steel continuous casting,the electromagnetic field distribution in the mold at different stirring parameters was simulated and the electromagnetic torque was calculated using the finite element method. The actual magnetic induction intensity is measured by gauss meter to verify the accuracy of the simulation result.Furthermore, this paper systematically studied the effects of M-EMS current and frequency on thequality of 55 CrSi spring steel billet. The experiment results show that while MEMS current and frequency are 320 A and 3 Hz respectively, the billet center equiaxed crystal ratio is reaching 29.62%, with the center porosity reduced and the shrinkage eliminated, and the billets quality are obviously improved; there is correspondence relationship between the center equiaxed crystal ratio of billet and the electromagnetic torque under the same other casting process parameters condition, that is, the center equiaxed crystal ratio of billet increases with the raising electromagnetic torque.
