摘要
以溶质扩散和质量守恒为原则,考虑多组元合金元素影响相变的规律,建立非平衡凝固两相区溶质微观偏析模型。将实验研究数据与模型计算值进行比对,进一步验证模型的可靠性。结果显示,模型计算得到的两相区特征温度,凝固前沿残余液相中元素含量与实验值均能较好吻合。
Base on the principles of solute diffusion and mass conservation, the non-equilibrium solidification mathematical model of solute microsegregation in mushy zone isestablished considering the effect law of multi-component alloy elements on phase change. The experimental research data and model calculated values are compared to further verify the reliability of the model. The results show that model calculated characteristic temperature of mushy zone, and element content in residual liquid at solidification front are coinciding well with the experiment data.
