尿素装置解吸塔塔盘筛孔在长周期运行后变小,造成解吸塔出现液泛现象,通过筛孔变小后造成的塔内气液相变化,对导致的液泛的原因进行了分析。
In urea plant absorber, the size of mesh on the tray became smaller after long term operation, causing liquid flooding in the tower. The study on gas/liquid phase change found the reasons.
