摘要
通过对乙二醇防冻液在冬季管道试压过程中的危险因素进行分析,对人员中毒、管道保温、防冻液蒸汽闪爆、防冻液泄漏、防冻液回收等方面采取了相应的应对措施,圆满地完成了冬季管道试压工作,为装置建成投产赢得了时间。
During pressure test of pipe in winter time, glycol antifreezing solution was used. The hazard factors were analyzed and corresponding measures were taken in consideration of personnel toxication, piping insulation, solution vapor flash explosion, solution leakage and recycle. That gained the time for plant coramissioning and operation.
