尿素蒸发系统二段真空度不达标,经过对临时取样点采样分析,找出问题所在。经过及时处理,并对二段蒸发分离器气相管线冲洗装置和升压器冲洗装置进行改造,为今后系统的安全稳定运行提供保障。
The vacuum degree in urea vaporization system secondary section could not meet the requirement. Analyzing the temporary sampling points, we found the causes, and made modifications on gas phase pipeline flushing unit and pressure rising equipment, which provide safeguards for later operation under safe and stable condition.
