摘要
针对尿素装置低压冷凝器管侧易结垢,壳侧物料出液温度高导致低压系统压力高等问题,提出冷凝器循环水流程改造方案。分析对比改造前、后的效果,结果表明冷凝器循环水流程改造是成功的。
Scaling on the tube side and high temperature of effluent on the shell side in low pressure condenser in urea plant will lead to pressure rise in low pressure system. A scheme for improving condenser circulating water system was presented and proved to be a success after modification compared with former situation.
