碘海醇注射液用于64排螺旋CT冠脉成像应用中不良反应分析 被引量:2

摘要 【目的】观察非离子型对比剂碘海醇注射液在64排螺旋CT冠脉成像中,不良反应的发生情况及相关因素分析。【方法】列表收集5 200例应用碘海醇注射液进行64排冠脉CT成像患者的临床资料,观察冠脉成像过程中患者出现的不良反应,并根据患者的自身因素进行相关因素分析。【结果】接受检查的5 200例患者中,发生不良反应77例,不良反应发生率1.5%,最严重的1例为过敏性休克,发生率为0.019%。【结论】非离子型对比剂碘海醇注射液不良反应较少,过敏体质的患者出现不良反应的几率较普通人群几率大,肾病、心脏病及老年患者发生不良反应的几率大,不良反应的发生与患者的免疫状态、年龄、精神因素及自身合并症等有一定的相关性。 [Objective]To observe adverse reactions of the non-ionic contrast medium (omnipaque) in 64-row spiral CT coronary angiog- raphy and analyze the related factors. [ Methods ] Clinical data of 5 200 cases with 64-row spiral CT coronary angiography in the applica- tion of omnipaque were collected in a list. The adverse reactions in coronary angiography were observed. And the related factors were ana- lyzed. [ Results ] In the 5 200 patients, there were 77 cases with adverse reactions. The incidence of adverse reactions was 1.50%. Allergic shock occurred in one patient and the incidence was 0.019%. [ Conclusion ] There are fewer adverse reactions of omnipaque. The inci- dence of adverse reactions in allergic patients, elderly patients and patients with nephropathy or heart disease is higher than that in com- mon people, The occurrence of adverse reactions is related with immune state, age, mental factors and the complications of the patients.
