摘要
研究一种新型的荧光染料碱性红29用于"502"胶显现手印后染色的方法。通过荧光分光光度计测定了该染料的激发光谱和发射光谱;并对其应用条件进行了考察,包括最佳配方、观察条件、不同客体手印显现效果、陈旧手印的处理方法等方面。结果表明,浓度为0.1 g/L的碱性红乙醇溶液,在530~550 nm范围内激发,在橙色滤光镜下观察能产生橙黄色的荧光,很好地增强了与客体背景的反差,提高了手印的显现率,由于其荧光效率高、安全无毒、吸附性好等优点,在公安实际工作中有很好的应用前景。
To study the dying method by a new fluorescent dyes basic Red 29 after cyanoacrylate fuming technology in latent fingerprints development,the excitation and emission spectra of the dyes were determined by fluorescence spectrophotometer. And the application conditions were investigated,including best formula,observation conditions,the dying effect on different objects,old fingerprint processing method. The results showed that the concentration of basic red ethanol solution of 0. 1 g / L,excited in 530 ~ 550 nm range,under the orange filter observation can produce orange fluorescence,is good to enhance the contrast with the background of object,and improve the rate of fingerprint,because of its high fluorescence efficiency,safe non-toxic,adsorption good merits,in thepractical work of public security has a good application prospect.
