摘要 针对富力煤矿大倾角极坚硬顶板易发火煤层综放开采关键技术进行了研究。工作面设计采用正倾斜布置方式,巷道沿煤层底板布置,采用深孔爆破预裂和水力压裂综合技术治理坚硬顶板;设计使用的ZF5600/16/28型支撑掩护式液压支架具有强力侧推机构和可单独动作的双千斤顶调底机构;采用的工作面防倒防滑技术合理有效。实践表明,工作面每日哥推进4个循环,进尺3.2 m/日,测试回收率达到86.76%,取得了较好的经济与社会效益. The key technology of fully mechanized caving mining in flammable coal seam with large inclined angle and extra hard roof was researched. The working face adopted positive inclination arrangement,the roadway arranged along the coal seam floor,and deep-hole blasting presplitting method and hydrofracture technique were adopted to control the roof. ZF5600/1 6/28 chock-shield hydraulic supports were adopted,which had powerful side thruster and base adjust-ment device with two jacks,the jacks could run independently. The the technology of anti-skid and anti-collapse applied in working face was reasonable and effective. Practice showed that the working face advanced 4 production cycles and 3.2 m per day,and the test recovery reached 86.76%,this research achieved preferable economic and social benefits.
