我国煤矿安全生产行为的博弈分析

Game analysis of safety production behavior in China

针对我国煤炭企业安全生产的现状,应用博弈论建立监管机构与煤炭企业和职工的三方博弈,探讨煤炭企业安全生产的影响因素,对煤炭企业与监管机构和煤炭企业和职工之间的博弈关系进行了深入分析,并对两个博弈模型进行了混合策略纳什均衡和纳什均衡的求解和分析,最后对煤炭企业的安全生产给出了对策和建议,为我国煤炭企业的安全生产和监管提供了理论依据。

Aiming at the safety production of coal enterprises in China at present,the game of supervision organization,coal enterprise and employee was established by applying game theo-ry,the influence factors of safety production of coal enterprises were discussed,the game rela-tionships of coal enterprises and supervision organization,the coal enterprises and employee were deeply analyzed,and two game models were solved and analyzed by mixed strategy Nash Equilib-rium and Nash Equilibrium,the countermeasure and suggestion of safety production of coal en-terprises were gave out,which provides theoretical basis of safety production and supervision of coal enterprises in China.
