摘要 为确定适合郑州矿区白坪煤矿煤尘的表面活性剂水溶液配方,利用接触角测量仪测量了丁二酸二异辛酯磺酸钠(1292)等6种表面活性剂及其复配水溶液对白坪煤样的接触角,探讨煤样亲水性与表面活性剂种类、用量、水质和复配的关系,试验数据表明:6种表面活性剂及其复配溶液均可改善白坪煤样的湿润性,其中丁二酸二异辛酯磺酸钠(1292)、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(TX10)对白坪煤样的亲水性影响较大,0.05%的丁二酸二异辛酯磺酸钠(1292)表面活性剂水溶液配方较优。 In order to determine a suitable aqueous solution formulation of surfactants for coal dusts of Baiping Coal Mine,the authors used contact angle meter to measure angles of pene-trating agent T (1292)and other six types of surfactants solutions’influences on coal samples of Baiping Coal Mine,and also discussed types,dosage,water quality and compound relationships between hydrophily and surfactants of coal samples. The data of tests showed that the six types of surfactant and combination solution can improve the wettability of the Baiping coal samples, particularly penetrating agent T (1292)and alkyl phenol polyoxyethylene (TX10)had great in-fluence on hydrophily of Baiping coal samples,and the best aqueous solution formulation of sur-factants was 0.05% concentration of penetrating agent T (1292).
