摘要
1目的探讨不同时间模式参芎化瘀胶囊预处理对全脑缺血再灌注大鼠损伤及平衡能力的影响。2方法将64只成年SD雄性大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、参芎化瘀胶囊预处理7d组(药物干预1组)和参芎化瘀胶囊预处理14d组(药物干预2组),每组16只,并分1、3、7、14d4个时间点进行测量,分别给予药物干预7、14d预处理。制备全脑缺血再灌注动物模型。HE染色观察海马CA1区组织学改变,平衡木法测定行为学评分。3结果与对照组比较,模型组神经元细胞数量减少明显,所有时间点行为学评分升高(P<0.05);与模型组比较,参芎化瘀胶囊干预组神经元细胞数量增加,行为学评分降低(P<0.05);和药物干预1组比较,药物干预2组神经元细胞数量、行为学评分在7、14d时间点差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。4结论参芎化瘀胶囊预处理对全脑缺血大鼠再灌注神经元损伤具有保护作用,对肢体协调、平衡、肌力恢复有促进作用,药物的作用效果和预处理时间的长短有关系。
Objective To explore different temporal patterns of shenxiong huayu capsule pre treatment effect on cerebral ischemia reperfusion rat damage and balance ability. Methods 64 adult male SD rats were randomly divided into for control group,model group and shenxiong huayu capsule pre treatment 7d group(intervention group) and shenxiong huayu capsule pre treatment for 14d group (drug intervention group 2), 1,3,7,14d four time points,and each group withl6 rats, drug interven- tion groups were given Shenxiong Huayu capsule group 7 and 14 days after pre processing. Animal model of cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury. HE staining was observed in the hippocampus CA1 area, and the behavior score was determined by the method of balance beam test.Results Compared to the control group, the number of neuronal cells significantly reduced in the model group, all the time that the act science scores were significantly increased ( P 〈0.05);and comparede with model group, the number of neurons in Shenxiong Huayu capsule group intervention increased, behavioral scores were significantly lower ( P 〈0.05) ;and other groups compared to drug intervention two groups of neurons quantity,behavior scores in 7d,14d time points were the most significantly ( P 〈0.05).Conclusion Shenxiong huayu capsule pre treatment on cerebral ischemia in rats and then reperfusion neuron injury had a protective effect,on the recovery of limb coordination, balance, muscle strength, and how about the strong were related to the length of drugs pretreatment time.
