Nursing experience of blue light treatment for neonatal jaundice

1目的 总结蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的护理体会。2方法 选择我院收治的52例新生儿黄疸患儿作为研究对象,进行精细的护理,对治疗过程中的护理方法进行总结和探讨。3结果 所有患儿均治愈出院,黄疸消退时间平均为（40.5±8.6）h。2例患儿在治疗后5~8h出现轻度黄疸,2d后黄疸均消退。4结论 蓝光照射是治疗新生儿黄疸安全有效的方法,在照射过程中,护理人员的精心、细致、周到护理以及对家属的出院宣教,促进了患儿早日康复,提高了儿科护理质量。

Objective To investigate effect of nursing on blu-ray irradiation treatment in neo- natal jaundice.Methods 52 cases of neonatal jaundice treated in our hospital were selected as the object of research, and nursed carefully. The nursing methods during treatment were summarized and dis- cussed.Results All the patients were cured, and the average time of jaundice disappearance was （40.5 ±8.6）h. 2 cases showed mild jaundice 5-8h post-treatment, but jaundice disappeared after 2d.Con- clusion The blu-ray irradiation is a very effective and safe method in the treatment of neonatal jaun- dice. During irradiation, the careful, meticulous, and comprehensive nursing intervention, as well as the propaganda of patients＂ families, promote newborn of neonatal jaundice recovery and improve the quality of pediatric care.
