徐州市农村地区留守儿童与非留守儿童生长发育状况的调查研究

Investigation and study on growth and development statuses of left-behind children and non-left-behind children in rural area of Xuzhou city

目的分析徐州市农村地区留守儿童的生长发育状况，为有关部门制定相关决策提供参考。方法选取2014年11—12月徐州市农村地区11—16岁的中小学生923名为研究对象，采用分层整群抽样方法对其进行调查。记录身高、体重等基本生长发育指标。结果留守儿童的身高、体重和体质指数（BMI）均低于非留守儿童（P〈0．05）。女生中父母均未外出组的身高和体重均高于父亲外出组，父母均外出组的BMI高于母亲外出组（P均〈0．05）。结论徐州市农村地区留守儿童的基本生长发育状况弱于非留守儿童。父母外出会对留守儿童的生长发育水平产生负面影响，该地区留守儿童的健康促进工作需要进一步开展。

Objective To analyze the growth and development status of left-behind children in rural area of Xuzhou city, provide reference for decision-making of relevant departments. Methods A total of 923 primary and junior high students aged 11-16 years old were selected from rural area of Xuzhou city from November to December in 2014, stratified cluster sampling method was used to survey the students, the basic growth and development indexes were recorded, such as body height and body weight. Results Body height, body weight, and body mass index （BMI） of left-behind children were statistically significantly lower ~han those of non-left-behind children （P〈 0. 05） . Body height and body weight of the girls whose parents did not leave home were higher than those of the girls whose parents left home, BMI of the girls whose parents left home were higher than those of the girls whose mothers left home （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion In ru- ral area of Xuzhou city, the basic growth and development of left-behind children was weaker than that of non-left-behind children. Leaving home of their parents has negative impact on growth and development level of left-behind children, health of left-behind children in the area needs further promotion.
