基于工作本位学习理念的顶岗实习课程设计研究 被引量:1

摘要 顶岗实习的发展对我国职业教育课程体系的构建产生了巨大影响,无论是对于实践导向课程模式的设计还是对行动导向课程模式的开发。目前对于工作本位学习理论的认识不够全面,对其认知仍停留在原有的表层含义上,并没有将这种理念渗透到"顶岗实习"课程。以高职道路桥梁工程技术专业为例,系统设计高职顶岗实习课程的目标、内容、教学和评价,为今后更好地指导与评价学生顶岗实习起到重要作用。 The development of in-post internship has a profound impact on the construction of vocational education course system in our country,whether in terms of practice-oriented course design or the development of action-oriented courses. However,we have not had a thorough understanding of work-based learning theory,with cognition still on its superficial meaning and not permeated this con-cept in in-post internship course. Taking Roads and Bridges Engineering Technology major in higher vocational colleges for example, this study makes a systematic design of the objective,content,teaching and appraisal of in-post internship courses in higher vocational colleges so as to better guide and assess the important role of students’ in-post internship.
