摘要
目的探讨阵列空间敏感性编码技术(ASSET)技术对常规颈部三点法非对称回波水脂分离(IDEAL)序列图像质量影响。方法随机搜集40例颈部扫描患者,均采用常规扫描和ASSET采集技术扫描,为两种扫描方式对采集时间、图像质量、特殊吸收率(SAR)进行比较,分成A、B两组。A组为常规轴位T2WI IDEAL、T1WI FSE、冠状位T2WI IDEAL序列;B组为选用AEEST采集技术的轴位T2WI IDEAL、T1WI FSE、冠状位T2WI IDEAL序列。结果 A组序列总的扫描时间为10 min 36 s,B组序列总的扫描时间为6 min 13 s,B组扫描时间远远短于A组扫描时间;采用ASSET技术的IDEAL FSE-T2WI与未采用ASSET技术的IDEAL FSE-T2WI SNR比较,P<0.05,具有显著统计学差异;CNR比较结果,P<0.001,具有显著统计学差异;B组图像质量总得分值高于A组,P<0.001,差异具有显著性;两组10 s SAR值结果比较无显著差异(P>0.05),但B组10 s SAR平均值小于A组。结论加入AEEST采集技术的IDEAL序列利用多通道相控阵线圈的敏感范围,对MRI数据进行空间编码,与常规IDEAL序列在颈部扫描比较在不降低SNR、对比度的情况下,大大地缩短了扫描时间,并很好控制SAR在合理范围之内,在日常颈部IDEAL扫描时选择ASSET采集技术是可行的。
Objective ASSET(array spatial sensitivity encoding technique) is the rapid acquisition of new technology for MRI in recent years, this article probe into asset technology impact on conventional neck IDEAL sequence image quality. Methods Random collection of 40 cases of patients with neck scanning, All with conventional and asset acquisition techniques scanning, Divided into two groups of A, B. according time, image quality, specific absorption rate for comparison. The A group: 0AxT2 DEAL, 0AxTIFSE, OCorT2IDEAL; the B group by asset acquisition techniques: 0AxT2 IDEAL, 0Ax T1FSE, OC or T2 IDEAL. Results The scanning time of A group is 10 minutes and 36 seconds, The scanning time of B group is 6 minutes and 13 seconds, B groups of scan time is much shorter than the A groups of scan time; using the technology of ASSET IDEAL FSE T2WI and without using the ASSET technology IDEAL FSE T2WI SNR, P 〈 0.05, two groups of test results have significant difference; CNR comparison results, P 〈 0.001, two groups of test resuhs have signif- icant difference;The group B image quality total score was higher than the A group, P 〈 0. 001, The statistical results significantly; Two groups of 10s SAR results:P 〉 0. 05, There were no statistically significant differences in the results. But B group 10s the average SAR value is less than the A group. Conclusion Using the sensitive range of muhichannel phased array coil and spatial encoding of MRI data. Compared with the conventional IDEAL sequence, using ASSET technology in the neck in IDEAL sequences Does not reduce the SNR and CNR, greatly shorten the scan time, and very good control of specific absorption rate in a reasonable range, the choice of asset acquisition technique in routine cervical IDEAL scanning is necessary and feasible.
