摘要
睡眠是一种自发的和可逆的静息状态,表现为机体对外界刺激的反应性降低和意识的暂时中断。作为一种自适应的、保护性活动,睡眠是个体恢复体力的一种重要途径。然而,新近的研究发现,睡眠不仅对恢复体力,而且对恢复脑力也具有重要的意义。良好的睡眠不仅是后续学习和记忆的重要保障,而且有助于记忆的巩固和保持。有关睡眠与学习记忆的相关研究不仅改变了传统的睡眠观,而且对教育教学具有重要的启示。
Sleep is a spontaneous and reversible resting state with the body's decreased response to external stimuli and temporary interruption of consciousness. As an adaptive, protective activity,sleep is an important way for restoring physical strength. However, recent studies have found that sleep has important significance not only for restoring physical strength, but also for restoring brain power. Good sleep is not only an important guarantee for the follow-up learning and memory, but also it contributes to memory consolidation and retention. Related research on sleep, learning and memory not only changes the traditional concept of sleep, but also has important implications for education and teaching.
