摘要
对重要的有机化工中间体碳酸二苯酯的合成方法和所用催化剂进行了综述。重点介绍了绿色合成方法如酯交换法、氧化羰基化法的反应热力学及反应过程中使用到的不同催化剂体系,同时对近几年来其它一些新型方法如电羰基化法和微反应器法等的合成原理及其所使用的催化剂进行了系统评述,以期为高效催化剂的开发提供一定的参考,最后对制备出一种或几种合成碳酸二苯酯的新型高效、"绿色"且具有工业化价值的催化剂作出了展望。
The synthesis methods and used catalysts of an important organic chemical intermediate are reviewed. Thermodynamics and different kinds of catalysts used in the method of oxidative carbonylation method and transesterification method are introduced, meanwhile, some other synthesize methods such as electrical carbonylation and micro reactor method including their principles are also introduced. Finally, it is indicated that preparing one or several new and high efficient,green and has industrial value catalysts is of the importance in the synthesis of diphenyl carbonate.
