QQ chat record accepted as evidence in the court isn＇t too prevalent in this day and age, and the design of the certification rules of QQ electronic evidence is put forward from the legitimacy, reliability, credibility and relevancy of electronic evidence per- spective, which will offer theoretical and operational guidance for judicial practice.
