在调查研究和查阅大量国内外资料的基础上,从中美研究型大学图书馆的机构设置,在任馆长的学历、专业等基本信息;馆员的聘任条件等几个方面入手,分析梳理其在大数据时代的发展趋势,彰显大学图书馆的学术研究特质。

Based on the investigation and study of a large number of domestic and foreign data for Sino- American academic university libraries,the paper listed the organization structuring of academic libraries,education background and specialty information of university librarians,librarians employment conditions etc.. The development trends of academic university libraries in age of big data are showed clearly,which demonstrated academic research characteristics of university libraries.
