摘要
目的 探讨缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)及缺氧诱导因子-2α(HIF-2α)在非小细胞肺癌肿瘤组织中的表达及临床意义.方法 选择非小细胞肺癌患者51例的肺癌组织,采用免疫组织化学法检测肿瘤组织中HIF-1α和HIF-2α的表达,并分析其临床意义.结果 25例(49.0%)患者HIF-1α阳性,12例(23.5%)患者HIF-2α阳性.HIF-1α阳性表达与患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤最大直径、是否淋巴结转移、是否胸膜侵袭均无明显相关(P>0.05).HIF-2α阳性表达与患者年龄、性别、是否淋巴结转移、是否胸膜侵袭亦无明显相关(P>0.05);但是肿瘤最大径≥3 cm者阳性率显著高于直径<3 cm者(P<0.05).结论 HIF-1α及HIF-2α在非小细胞肺癌的肿瘤组织中呈阳性表达,而在癌旁组织中无明显表达,HIF-2α阳性率与肿瘤的最大直径有关.
Objective To discuss the expression and clinical significance of hypoxia inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) and hypoxia inducible factor-2α (HIF-2α) in non-small cell lung cancer tissues.Methods HIF-1α and HIF-2α expression in 51 cases of small cell lung cancer tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry, and clinical significance was analyzed.Results Twenty-five cases (49.0%) were positive for HIF-1α, and 12 cases (23.5%) were positive for HIF-2α in lung cancer tissues.HIF-1α expression had no correlation with age, gender, tumor size, lymph node metastasis and pleural invasion (P 〉 0.05).HIF-2α expression had no correlation with age, gender, lymph node metastasis, pleural invasion (P 〉 0.05).The positive rate of cases with maximum tumor diameter ≥3 cm was significantly higher than that in the cases with the diameter 〈 3 cm (P 〈 0.05).Conclusion HIF-1α and HIF-2α expression in small cell lung cancer tissues was positive.The HIF-2α positive rate is correlated with the maximum diameter of tumor.
