基于磁致伸缩超声导波技术的管道局部腐蚀检测研究 被引量:4

摘要 近年来,国内管道腐蚀失效的事故频繁发生,而有关地下铺设、地面架空以及高温在线等特殊工况下压力管道局部腐蚀的检测尚无相应的检测规范和成熟方法。介绍了磁致伸缩超声导波检测技术的检测原理和主要影响因素。为了研究磁致伸缩超声导波技术在管道局部腐蚀检测中的可靠性和准确性,以磁致伸缩导波检测技术理论为基础,对制作有不同缺陷类型的2种样管进行了导波检测试验。检测试验结果表明,磁致伸缩导波检测技术对压力管道局部腐蚀有较高的检出率和准确性。 In recent years, the domestic pipeline corrosion failure accident occurred frequently, and the detection of local corrosion of the pipeline under special conditions, such as the underground laying, aerial and high temperature,etc. ,there is no corresponding detection criterion and mature method. The principle and main influence factors of magnetostrictive ultrasonic guided wave detection technology are introduced. In order to study the reliability and accuracy of the de- tection of localized corrosion in the pipeline, based on the theory of magnetostrictive guided wave detection technology, the pilot wave detection test for different kinds of defects is made. The test results show that the magnetostrictive guided wave detection technology has high detection rate and accuracy for the corrosion of the pressure pipeline.
