氢气/天然气储气瓶分析与设计

摘要 国内外开展了氢气/天然气(HCNG)发动机的基础研究及应用研究,一些成果已应用到HCNG汽车。通过与液化天然气储气瓶、压缩天然气储气瓶的对比,找到了HCNG储气瓶与其他两种储气瓶的共性和特性,分析了HCNG储气瓶上组合阀门及尾堵的组成及作用,结合HCNG汽车的相关设计参数及储气瓶中的残余压力,可确定满足整车要求的储气瓶体积。 At home and abroad, the hydrogen/natural gas (HCNG) basic research and applied research engine are carried out, some of the results have been applied to HCNG vehicle. With the liquefied natural gas cylinders, compressed natural gas cylinders comparison, the commonness and characteristics of HCNG gas cylinders are found, the composition and effect of combination valve and the tail plug HCNG gas cylinders are analyzed,binding HCNG vehicle design parameters and residual pressure gas bottle, the vehicle can be determined to meet the requirements of the tank volume.
