大型塔器局部焊缝热处理应力数值模拟

摘要 基于ANSYS软件,建立了1台尺寸为5 200mm×66 050mm×44mm、材质为Q345R的大型丙烯塔实体模型,通过数值模拟得到了塔器在局部焊缝消应力热处理状态下的温度和应力分布,说明在考虑自重、风载荷和偏心载荷的情况下,塔器局部焊缝应力小于材料许用应力,能够满足强度要求。 Based on ANSYS simulation software, a entily mode of large tower by φ5200mm×66050mm×44mm,made of Q345R is built. The temperature and stress distrihution of horizon weld by relief heal treatment are obtained. The resuh indicated that the weld stress of posl heal treat ment is less than the allowable stress by the conditions of dead load,wind load and eccentric loads.
