Application Situation and Operation Research on Water Treatment of Industrial Boilers

工业锅炉水质处理关系到锅炉及其热力设备的经济安全运行。通过对工业锅炉水质处理存在的问题和水质处理工艺应用现状的研究,结合蒸汽锅炉、热水锅炉和余热锅炉在实际运行中的水质化验实测数据,以相关国家标准为依据,分析了实测数据偏离标准的原因并提出了相应的解决方法和建议,可为锅炉水质处理的深入研究提供参考。

The water treatment of industrial boilers is closely related to the economic and secure operation of boiler and heating equipment. Based on the problems existing in the industrial boiler water treatment and application situation of water treatment,and combined the boiler water treatment data of steam boiler,hot-water boiler and heat recovery boiler in the operation,analyses the reasons of the measured data does not according to the national standard and provides the relevant solutions. Proposes recommendations to ensure the secure operation of the boiler system,and offers the reference for the study of industrial boilers＇ water treatment.
