摘要 采用ORBIT Onshore软件完成了对某企业苯乙烯丙烯腈(SAN)装置547条压力管道的基于风险的检验(RBI)风险评估。SAN装置主要损失机理为碱应力腐蚀开裂、内部腐蚀、外部腐蚀、大气腐蚀(有隔热层)及冲刷,定量计算了各管道的失效可能和失效后果,最终确定了各管道的总风险。提出了RBI检验策略的具体实施方法,使后续SAN装置压力管道全面检验更有针对性,以达到降低风险和提高运行可靠性的目的。 With the help of ORBIT Onshore, the risk on 547 pipelines of styrene acrylonitrile (SAN) unit were evaluated. The results of evaluation show that the major damage modes are caustic stress corrosion cracking, internal corrosion, external corrosion, atmospheric corrosion (with insulation layer) and scouring. The failure probability and failure consequence of pipeline were quantitatively calculated by risk-based inspection (RBI) technology and ultimately deter- mined the total risk of the every pipeline. Inspection plan is formulated based on the result of RBI, which can make the following periodical inspection of pressure pipelines became more targeted, reduce risks and improve the reliability of the system.
