摘要
乙烯裂解装置工艺较为复杂,处于高温、高压恶劣工况,乙烯裂解炉上的弹簧式蒸汽安全阀为整个装置提供超压保护。通过对线上蒸汽安全阀泄漏及其提前起跳现象进行具体分析,指出可能导致故障出现的原因包括安全阀调校、设计加工以及在线工艺管理等方面,并且提出了相应的解决对策。
Ethylene cracker complex process,in high temperature,high pressure adverse conditions,spring-loaded safety valves ethylene steam cracker on offer overpressurf protection for the entire device.Through on-line steam valve leakage and jump ahead,the phenbmenon is analyzed to point out possible causes of failure include valve adjustment,design and processing,and online technology management,etc.,and the corresponding countermeasures.
